Neon Lex (“the App”) is a local flashcard application for learning German and French. We do not collect, transmit, or sell personal data.
2. Data stored on your device
Study progress, decks, cards, settings, Wrong Book notes, and optional photos or audio you attach are stored only in the App’s local storage on your device.
3. Permissions
- Camera — optional, to attach photos to cards or Wrong Book items.
- Microphone — optional, to record Wrong Book voice notes.
- Photo Library — optional, to choose images for cards or Wrong Book items.
- Notifications — optional, only if you enable daily study reminders.
These permissions are never used for tracking or advertising.
4. No cloud / no account
The App does not require an account and does not sync to our servers. If you export JSON or CSV, those files remain under your control.
5. Children
The App is suitable for general audiences and does not knowingly collect data from children.
